Diamond IPTV provides access to digital media content via the internet. We act as a service provider, delivering streaming signals to your compatible devices. We do not own or host the content itself; we facilitate access to streams.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple concurrent connections from different locations on a single account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without notice.

3. Subscription & Refunds

All subscription plans are billed in advance. Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the account credentials have been generated and sent to you.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their internet connection meets the minimum requirements (e.g., 50+ Mbps for 4K streaming).
• We offer support to troubleshoot connection issues, but we are not responsible for ISP-level throttling or local network interference.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Diamond IPTV for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Reselling, redistributing, or broadcasting our service publicly.
• Attempting to bypass security protocols or reverse-engineer our server infrastructure.
• Using the service in a manner that violates local or international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Diamond IPTV is provided “as is.” We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, server maintenance, or changes in third-party channel availability. You use this service at your own risk.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our service, including channel lists and subscription pricing, at any time without prior notice.
