Refund and Returns Policy

At Diamond IPTV, we strive to provide the most stable and high-quality streaming experience possible. Because our services are digital and provide immediate access to media content upon activation, we have a strict policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. Digital Nature of Service
Your Diamond IPTV subscription is a digital good. Once your account credentials (username/password) are generated and sent to you, the service is considered “consumed.” Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for “change of mind” or compatibility issues that were not checked before purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
We only consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If you are experiencing a persistent, total service outage that our support team cannot resolve despite 48 hours of troubleshooting.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error.
Note: Refunds are not provided for issues related to your local internet speed, VPN usage, or inability to configure your own device.
3. The Refund Process
Before requesting a refund, you must allow our technical support team to assist you. Many “issues” are simply configuration errors that can be solved in minutes.
- Contact Support: Reach out to us via WhatsApp immediately if you experience trouble.
- Provide Evidence: You may be asked to provide screenshots of the error or a speed test from your streaming device.
- Resolution: If we determine the issue is on our end and cannot be fixed, we will issue a pro-rated or full refund, processed back to your original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
We take fraud very seriously. If you initiate a “chargeback” or payment dispute with your bank before contacting our support team, your account will be permanently banned from our platform, and your details may be added to a global risk database used by streaming services to prevent fraudulent transactions.
